SYNChronicity 2021, the 8th Annual National HIV, HCV, STI, and LGBTQ Health Conference, brings together diverse networks of providers, professionals, organizations, and communities to sync on innovation across HIV, HCV, STI, and LGBTQ-related health care. This year, SYNC 2021 will be held virtually and convene thousands of people in the U.S. and around the world.

SYNChronicity 2021 sits at the nexus of HIV, HCV, STI and LGBTQ health education, clinical science, training, advocacy, and research. This year's theme, SYNCing to End Epidemics, will focus on bringing fields, industries, people, and ideas together to SYNC to end the HIV, STI, HCV, and opioid epidemics.

This state-of-the-art, virtual experience is unlike any other conference. The two-day, highly-focused SYNC 2021 Conference will be headlined by six dynamic plenaries featuring preeminent experts and thought leaders, numerous cross-cutting interdisciplinary SYNC sessions, and innovative and expansive poster sessions - all available live or on-demand from the convenience of your own device or computer.

This year we're SYNCing to end epidemics! You can access the entirety of this simu-live event from the convenience of your computer or device. Featuring six plenaries, numerous SYNC sessions, and an expansive, virtual poster hall, this conference has something for everyone.

SYNC Sessions - These cross-cutting, interdisciplinary SYNC sessions are curated to bring the latest in research, science, and public health practice to you. These SYNC Sessions will feature far-reaching topics from a diverse group of speakers. Join us and learn how your colleagues are SYNCing to promote health and end epidemics.

Poster Sessions - Our expansive poster hall will feature multi-media poster presentations from abstracts submitted on a broad range of topics. All posters will focus on well-defined original research and/or new and ongoing best practices, programs, and interventions that "SYNC" approaches, systems, or topics.

Registration is now open for SYNC 2021. This interactive, virtual experience will feature the dynamic content, speakers, and sessions you have come to expect from SYNChronicity. Your registration guarantees access to all of the content and this state-of the-art virtual conference experience. Despite our packed agenda, registration is priced to ensure the conference is widely accessible, especially to students.

Registration also includes access to approximately 10-15 CE, CME, CNE, CHES, ASWB and/or ACPE credits, free-of-charge and jointly provided by the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and HealthHIV.

This is a great opportunity to share your best practices and research addressing HIV, HCV, STI, and LGBT health with an international audience of clinicians, service providers, government officials, community-based organization staff, fiscal managers, consumers, and youth, among many others.

For SYNC 2021 abstracts will be accepted for Posters Only. Deadline for submission is Friday, July 30. All posters will focus on well-defined original research and/or new and ongoing best practices, programs, and interventions that "sync" approaches, systems, or topics.

CE, CME, CNE, CHES, ASWB and ACPE credits will be available for all SYNC 2021 plenary and SYNC sessions. Participants can earn an estimated 10-15 continuing education credits free-of-charge. Accreditation is jointly provided by HealthHIV and the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine.
